There are over 72,000 nadi or energetic channels in our body. Traditional Chinese medicine also uses these but calls them meridians. Yoga uses these for nourishing and circulating prana. We will be focusing on three basic nadis mentioned in Ayurveda to self evaluate our own nadi system. We will learn about the 14 nadi systems and srotas and apply it to ourselves.
